PPC Management
Weekly Optimization · Continuous Monitoring

Most Amazon agencies chase ACoS. We don't — because ACoS without net profit context is a meaningless number. We anchor every PPC decision to what the campaign is doing to your actual margin, by ASIN, accounting for FBA fees and COGS. That's the only metric that matters.

We run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Campaign strategy, build, and weekly optimization happen in-house by operators who have run PPC for supplement brands specifically — which means we understand how supplement search behavior actually works on Amazon, not just how to copy a generic B2B playbook.

  • What's included
  • Full campaign strategy, build, and restructure as needed
  • Weekly bid and budget adjustments based on performance data
  • Search term harvesting and negative keyword management
  • Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display coverage
  • Margin-anchored ACoS targets (not category averages)
  • Dayparting and placement optimization where relevant
Component 02 / 05
Listing Optimization
Continuous · Driven by Keyword Strategy

Supplement listings have to do three things at once: rank for the right keywords, convert the right customer, and stay compliant with Amazon's supplement policies. Most agencies optimize for one of those and break the other two.

We handle titles, bullets, A+ content briefs, and backend keywords as an integrated system — tested against actual supplement search behavior, written with compliance in mind, and revisited as Amazon policy and category dynamics shift. Every listing change is tracked, and we measure indexing time and ranking impact for every change we make.

  • What's included
  • Title, bullet, and description optimization built for supplement search intent
  • A+ content briefs with SEO-optimized copy and visual recommendations
  • Backend keyword research and ongoing refinement
  • Indexing monitoring and rank tracking for priority keywords
  • Compliance-reviewed copy — no claims language that triggers suppressions
  • Coordination with your creative team or ours on visual assets

Compliance Monitoring
24/7 Continuous · Powered by Verid8

This is the service no other Amazon agency offers at this depth — because no other Amazon agency works exclusively on supplements. Through Verid8, our internal compliance system, we continuously monitor every listing against Amazon's supplement policies, ingredient restrictions, and category-specific requirements.

We catch issues before they become suppressions. When Amazon updates a policy, we know. When a new ingredient gets flagged, we know. When one of your listings develops a compliance risk signal, we know before you do — and we fix it before it becomes a revenue event.

  • What's included
  • Continuous monitoring of all active ASINs against Amazon supplement policy
  • Claims language audit and revision before policy updates take effect
  • Ingredient review against Amazon's restricted and flagged lists
  • Listing health scoring and early-warning alerts
  • Documentation preparation for Amazon review requests
  • Fast-response protocol if a listing does get suppressed

Performance Reporting
Weekly + 2× Monthly · Always with a Call

Most agencies send you a dashboard link and consider that reporting. We don't. Reporting without a conversation is just a number. We deliver weekly execution updates every Monday, so you always know what we did last week and what's next — and full performance reports on the 5th and 20th of each month, always accompanied by a call.

The reports cover what matters: net margin by ASIN, advertising efficiency, inventory health, and ranking shifts on priority keywords. We tell you what happened, why, and what we're doing about it. No filler. No charts without context.

  • What's included
  • Weekly Monday execution update (what we did, what's next)
  • Full performance report on the 5th of each month + call
  • Full performance report on the 20th of each month + call
  • Net margin analysis by ASIN, not just revenue or ACoS
  • Inventory health and restock forecasting
  • Real-time Slack or email access for urgent questions

Strategic Guidance
Monthly Strategy Review

Execution without strategy is expensive motion. Once a month, we step back from the tactical work and look at the bigger picture with you. What's the competitive landscape doing? Where should you be pricing? Which SKUs should get more inventory and which should get sunset? What's the right next launch?

This isn't a task review — it's a strategy conversation. We bring category intelligence from everything we see across our supplement client base (anonymized, obviously) and combine it with your specific brand context to recommend what to do next. You walk out of every monthly call with a clear answer on three to five things that were unclear before.

  • What's included
  • Monthly 60-minute strategy review call
  • Pricing strategy recommendations based on category movement
  • Inventory and launch sequencing guidance
  • Competitive positioning analysis for your specific sub-category
  • Category intelligence from our broader supplement client base
  • Long-term growth roadmap updated quarterly

How an engagement actually begins.

Every client relationship starts the same way. We don't sell retainers off a sales call. We earn them through the audit — which is also the lowest-risk way to see whether we're the right fit for your brand.

STEP 01

Discovery Call

20–30 minutes. We understand your account, your goals, and confirm whether we're the right fit. We'll tell you honestly if we're not.

Duration: 20–30 min
STEP 02

Order the Audit

Delivered in 5 business days. Compliance review, PPC efficiency snapshot, profit architecture, and a priority action plan. Followed by a walkthrough call.

Delivery: 5 business days
STEP 03

Retainer Proposal

Scoped to your specific catalog and goals. No templated pricing. The audit walkthrough is where we discuss what a full engagement looks like for you.

Timeline: Same week
STEP 04

Execution

We fix structural issues first, then scale. Listing changes index in 2–4 weeks. PPC needs 4–6 weeks for reliable data. We don't chase wins that create risk.

Cadence: Continuous

How we charge.

Our pricing aligns with your growth — we earn more when you earn more. Every retainer has three components, scoped to your specific catalog and baseline at the audit stage. Exact numbers get discussed on the audit walkthrough call.

Full-Service Monthly Retainer

Agreement Reference · FP-RT-01

Every retainer is built on the same three-part structure — a base retainer for strategic management, a per-ASIN component that scales with catalog size, and a performance commission that only applies when we grow revenue above your agreed baseline.

Component A
Base Retainer

Covers strategic oversight, PPC management, reporting, and compliance monitoring. A flat monthly fee for the senior attention your account requires.

Component B
Per-ASIN Fee

Scales with the size of your catalog. Covers listing management, keyword monitoring, and optimization per active ASIN — so larger brands pay proportionally more, smaller brands pay less.

Component C
Performance Commission

A percentage of revenue earned above your agreed baseline. Baseline is set at onboarding using trailing 90-day data. Aligns our incentives with your growth.

The principle: you only pay more when you earn more. That's an easy conversation. Exact pricing gets scoped to your account on the audit walkthrough call — we don't publish generic numbers because every supplement brand has a different catalog size, baseline, and growth profile.

The terms we work under.

Our default is a 6-month agreement. Amazon supplement growth takes time to compound — 4–6 weeks for PPC data, 2–4 weeks for listing indexing, months for compliance and review velocity improvements to show up. A 6-month term is the minimum needed to see what good execution actually produces.

Scenario Duration Onboarding Fee Notice & Renewal
Standard (default) 6 months Waived 30 days written notice after month 6. Auto-renews monthly.
3-month term 3 months $1,000 30 days written notice after month 3. Auto-renews monthly.
Early exit (either party) As agreed Non-refundable 30 days written notice. Fees prorated to last day of notice period.
Why 6 months is the default: Amazon supplement growth is not a sprint. PPC optimization takes 4–6 weeks to generate reliable data. Listing changes take 2–4 weeks to index. Compliance fixes and review velocity improvements compound over months. When a client requests 3 months, the $1,000 onboarding fee reflects the real setup cost relative to a shorter term. Most clients who do the math choose 6 months.
